We start you off with setting some achievable goals and a program made especially for you to reach them. You then have access to our full timetable of Functional Squad classes and our 24HR Fitness Centre. With classes from 5.10am until 6.30pm your going to find a time that suits!

Our unique mix of Functional Squad Classes and Strength & Conditioning Training provides the fat burning, muscle building and strength gains your looking for. Meal Plans by Exceed Nutrition make sure you don’t ruin all your hard work at the gym by eating the wrong foods. The start, middle and end Fit3D & Evolt360 Body Scans will keep you accountable and on track towards your goals.
